cool down lap and full recovery in between each. I just wanted to go fast. too bad my stomach was dying the entire time. ugghhh. No watch which was a serious struggle, but I'd peg my mile somewhere around 5:20. 800 and 400 maybe a little bit faster. Also I'm just gonna call it 6 miles, it was somewhere around there.
