Ran a mile warm-up then raced. The race was hard and had lots of hills so I wasn't too sad about the slow time. Ran 4 more miles later on the beach later.

Ran by myself in about 8 inches of snow the whole way. I was a little bit cold and felt kind of slow but still had a good run, my splits were 7:19, 6:39, 6:35, 6:51, 6:45 and 6:41. I finshed with an ab and leg workout.
