Footlocker West Regionals (3.15 Miles) 00:17:52 | | Ran a mile warm-up then raced. The race was hard and had lots of hills so I wasn't too sad about the slow time. Ran 4 more miles later on the beach later.

| | Starting up again after two week break, super low miles all week. Lifted legs and abs after.

| | Easy morning run with the team. kept the pace around 6:50.

| | Ran with Conner, Nathan and the Hinckleys this morning. I was feeling pretty good, splits were 7:20, 6:42,6:31, and 6:22.

| | Ran by myself in about 8 inches of snow the whole way. I was a little bit cold and felt kind of slow but still had a good run, my splits were 7:19, 6:39, 6:35, 6:51, 6:45 and 6:41. I finshed with an ab and leg workout.
