Distance run today at a 6:41 Average, I was mostly just with Connor and Brady. still kind of "hungover" from Prom. Shout out to everyone who ran the Boston Marathon today.

Fun fact of the day: there is no tower in London officially named Big Ben. It is actually named Elizabeth's tower and even the bell is technically the Great Bell. However, the bell's nickname is big ben and we have since applied that nickname to the whole tower.

AM: 4 miles, speed workout later.

PM: 1 mile warmup then 3 sets of 3x200 at current 800 pace, goal pace, and then whatever is left for the last set. I went (30, 31, 30), (29, 29, 28), and (29, 29, 30). then we just finished up miles. It felt pretty good and I was really tired at the end, plus they were all on or faster than pace. I wantted to take a picture of my watch when it said 1.00 miles and 3:59 but I had to keep going #ComeAtMeGrantFisher. Realistically though, I am shooting for a 2:05 for my 800 this Saturday.

Fun Fact of the Day: out of the 100-200 Billion humans that anthropologists estimate to have lived on this planet, it is also estimated that half of them have died from Malaria. This makes mosquitos, by far, the greatest human predator during our species' existance. Sooo... I'm down for revenge if anyone wants to genocide some mosquitos with me.

Ran around PG with the homies today. We saw some old substitute teacher guy running too so that was dope. Me, Connor, Brady, and strrt all jumped in the 4x100 relay and ran a 51.9, obviously we aren't sprinters because that's just like a pretty good 400 time. It was fun though. We then finished up our miles at a slow pace. PG was kind of wack, but I only got unnecessarily flipped off once. Shout out to those eggs I just ate because they were delicious.

Fun fact of the day: I heard lots of sick facts today so first off I would like to inform you that the largest distributor of toys in the world is McDonalds. Likewise, the largest tire manufacturer is Lego. Also Elvis is a natural blonde, let me know if I blew your minds.

Today we ran up to Smiths and then looped it back to the high school for just over 10 miles. Average pace was a 7:04/mile. Afterwards me and strrt went to the legacy center for a "drink break" (I was just "Thirsty") but I was unable to find what I was looking for.

Fun Fact of the Day: It only took Sia 14 minutes to write "diamonds" for Rihanna, I don't find that suprising at all.

Ran the 800 today, it was terrible. I was around 2:11 to 2:12 and don't really know how that happened. looks like I'll be sticking with the mile at BYU.
