Speed workout after a 1 mile warmup. We did a 400, 600, and 200 at indoor goal mile pace and then did it again with only 30 seconds of rest in between each. My times were almost exactly the same for both sets at 67, 1:52, and 30. The 600s were slow and the 200s were fast, but all together it was a good workout. After that, we just had to finish up our miles; I kept a decent 6:44 pace for the whole thing. I am looking forward to being able to breath in the future though. Shout out to my boy @connorballer for beating me on the 600s today.
