speed workout today. It wasn't too hard, but would've been a lot easier if I hadn't eaten a gigantic hamburger less than two hours before. we did 6x400m (2:30 rest inbetween, mile pace), easy 800, 4x200 (60 seconds rest, 800 pace). I went 68, 68, 68, 68, 68, 67, and 32, 31, 31, 29 for my times. which I was fairly happy with. I will be running the mile with my boy brady on friday at the Alpha invite. I don't really know what to expect but I'm shooting for 4:39. I slowly finished my miles alone at night when my stomach stopped hurting with a 7:31, 7:18, 7:00, 6:50, and 6:34 for my last five.

Fun fact of the day: If you had a perfectly symetrical standard, wooden pencil with a perfectly sharpened tip (one atom thick) it would be physically impossible to balance on its end even in perfect conditions. Meaning, even in a vacuum conainer at absolute zero in a stable environment, the pencil would still fall due to quantum field jiggling or something like that. Idk but my mind was blown.
