| | I ran after school today with the team which was weird, 8 miles total including some 150 meter build ups that we did at the end. Average pace was 6:38/mile

| | Speed workout today. I ran a 1 mile warmup, the 15x300 meters with an easy 800 in between every set of 3. I was trying to hit around a 4:25-4:35 mile pace on each 300 so my times ranged from 49 to 52. 1.5 mile cool down after.

| | Easy 8 mile recovery run from yesterday with Sean, Conner, and Strrt. My legs were a little bit sore but I'll take that as a good thing. Average pace was a slow 7:10/mile.

| | Ran with Team Pre today on a decent 4 mile tempo run. We did 2 miles to warm up at about a 7:00 mile pace before running 4 straight in 5:48, 5:47, 5:39, and 5:46. We finished up nine back to the school with a three mile cooldown. Total average pace was 6:37.

| | I ran 3 miles with the team and then split off because my stomach hurt so bad (I had eaten at chuck-a-rama for lunch). I still got in 7 miles even though I felt like I weighed a thousand pounds. Average pace was 6:59.

| | I was unable to make it to the Utah State indoor meet today so I had to run 10 miles by myself. I ran 4 miles to the school from my house and did a quick 800, 400, and 2x200 at around mile pace. the 800 was in 2:25, 400 in 1:08, and the 200s in about 30. I finished with 5 miles back on the trail. Average pace was 6:29.
