Skipped 4th period to go running today... rebellious I know. Me, Connor, and Strrt ran 9 miles at a fairly normal pace. I was at 6:33/mile and felt pretty good. After that, Team Pre ft. my boy Quinn rolled up to the 3 on 3 tournament and balled it up for 2 games #ComeAtMePaulRyan. shout out to Bady for killing it and scoring like 18 points. I'll call it cross training.

Fun fact of the day: the high five was most likely invented by Louisville basketball player Derek Smith in 1978, your accomplishments are irrelevant.

Sick hill workout today. ran 6x60 second sprints uphill, I felt good and stayed up pretty close with Connor. I only got like 7 miles though but played some hardcore ball after too. I might run more tomorrow, but I did a leg workout too so I feel fairly accomplished.

Fun Fact of the Day: The state of Massachusettes didn't officially recognize the illegitimacy of and apologize for the Salem Witch Trials until 2008.

10 mile distance run today after our basketball game. kept it at a slowish steady recovery pace (6:46 avg) and ran out into AF.

Fun fact of the day: I told this to ol' Strrt today, but the color purple is not in the rainbow. purple light is only possible with a combination of wavelength and can't be created with a prism. When Isaac Newton first coined the term "Roy G Biv" the "violet" that he was refering to was actually a more bluish color than in today's crayon boxes. Your childhood is a lie.
